Analytics: what we measure and why

Since 26 July 2026 we use two tools to understand how people find and use this website: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They tell us which pages help, which ones confuse people and where the site is slow.

  1. They only run if you press Accept. If you choose ‘Essential only’, or ignore the banner, nothing is stored on your device.
  2. They never receive your name, your email or anything you type. The booking form belongs to a separate provider and runs in its own frame, which these tools cannot see into.
  3. They never receive anything about your therapy: no session content, no clinical records, no health information.
  4. To change your mind at any time, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and choose again when the banner reappears.

Clinical Data vs Website Cookies

Your therapy sessions and clinical records are completely separate from website cookies.

Clinical data (session notes, assessments, treatment plans) is stored in:

  • Encrypted, GDPR-compliant healthcare systems
  • Secure servers with restricted access
  • Systems specifically designed for sensitive health data
  • Protected by professional confidentiality obligations

Website cookies only affect basic website functionality. They never access, store, or interact with your therapy data.

  • Spain/EU: Clients aged 16+ can consent independently

  • We will notify supervisory authorities within 72 hours
